Harbin Bearing Group Hold 2006 Autume Order-placing Meeting
Sept. 11, Harbin Bearing Group(HBG) convened their 2006 Autume Order-placing Meeting in Hangzhou city, on which clients signed additional sales contract and 2007 preordering contract with Harbin Bearing.
Mr.Liu enshi and other cadres from HBG and related departments attended the meeting and gave speech on company performance, future plan and restructuring etc. About 200 end-users, distributors from all over the country participated the meeting.
On the meeting, cadres from Harbin Bearing Stock Co.,Ltd(HBS) gave speech on industrial trend and their performance in the first eight months respectively. According to Zhang ke, general manager of HBS, the company has scored some achievements in previous work which can be summed up as the following six aspects:
1. Have overcomed various difficulties, made breakthrough in production and management;
2. Have yielded substantial results in developing new products and improvement of quality, technology;
3. Marketing work developed healthily in an orderly way;
4. Have strengthened works of purchasing and management;
5. Composition of the leadership have been optimized, laying a solid foundation for their further development;
6. Enterprise restructuring are carrying out smoothly.
When it comes to HBS's major task in future, Zheng ke pointed out:"to firmly accomplish 2006 target; strengthen internal management; stress the link of marketing and research; continue to give priority to fighting fake HRB bearings."
Liu enshi, party secretary, chairman of HBG, gave a speech about the principles that they must adhere to in implementing enterprise restructuring.
He emphasized that restructuring should aimed at diversity in share distribution and comparative shareholding; better safeguarding rights and interests of shareholder, distributor and agent; expanding HRB's influence; doing good job in worker arrangement, guaranteeing their rights and interests; choosing suitable strategic partners on basis of fair, open, just, according to laws; democracy in the process of restructuring.
In the course of this meeting, HBG signed additional sales and preordering contract worth RMB510 million with their clients.
