Allocation of Stalls/Space:
Stalls at the Exhibition will be allotted on first-come-first serve basis on receipt of filled application along with advance Stall charges by demand draft in favour of 'Shiny Trade Expositions', Vijayawada. Three phase Electricity charges to run any Machinery will be charged extra. The organizers reserve the right to modify the floor plan under circumstances beyond their control.
Seminar Slots
IIBEX 2008 will provide facility for organizing promotional Seminars of the Exhibitors at Centrum, World Trade Centre-1, World Trade Complex, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. This facility will be provided only to the Exhibitors of IIBEX 2008. Exhibitors may invite their prospective customers at the Conference room and deliver their message, by organizing workshop, Promotion Seminar, Press Meet, and Dealers Meet etc., Due to the limited availability, booking is available on first-come, first-serve basis. For booking the Seminar slot Exhibitors are requested to submit their requirement in the prescribed format to the Organizers before 15th September 2007.

Cancellation:
If the applicant fails to pay the balance amount within the stipulated date, his/her advance payment will be liable forfeiture. Participation charges once paid cannot be refunded.
