LYC Bearing Confirm New Management Member On Mar. 9, Luoyang LYC Bearing Co.,Ltd held a cadre conference, announcing members of the new management. Present at the conference were Zhou beihong, official from Henan State-owned Assats Supervision & Administration Commission(SASAC), other officials from YCEG and cadres from LYC Bearing. During the conference, Ding xianling, director of YCEG's organization department, announced the new management composition which is agreed by both LYC and YCEG, approved by SASAC. Chen xuefeng was selected chairman and secretary of the CPC committee in LYC Bearing; Zhang xiaojun was appointed vice secretary, in charge of routine affairs of the LYC CPC committee; Chen guozhen was selected as general manager of the company. Mar. 12 afternoon, Luoyang LYC Bearing Co.,Ltd held another cadre conference, confirming the allocation of administrative works and announcing the guidelines of integrated management. The conference was hosted by Zhang xiaojun, vice secretary of the CPC committee in LYC and vice general manager. Li mengxi, vice manager for routine affairs, declared the guidelines and gave explanation on issues might follow the integrated management, such as control of marketing, trademark use, production arrangement, finance, human resource, quality etc. The conference marked the beginning of LYC's further reform after their merge with YCEG. In the following days, integrated management will be the first important work in LYC.
