Timken(China) Technology Summit will Be Held in Shanghai, China On Sep 5th, 2007, Timken, the world leading bearings and special steel manufacturer announced that the global Technology Summit would be held at Hyatt on the Bund, Shanghai from Sep 20th to 21st , 2007. Government officials, researchers concerned, Timken’s partners, enterprises delegates and media will be invited to attend this two-day summit. This is the first time Timken comprehensively shows its experience and strengths in China. The guests then will closely perceive Timken’s creativity and sprit of creation, with which Timken develops and becomes a global leading bearing company. The theme of the summit is “ be creative and lead the future”. Technological sharing exhibition center will be arranged to localy display Timken’s technology strengths and core applications. Moreover, Timken’s special technology solutions and successful cases will also be shown. JAMES M. GRESH, president of Timken(China) said that the attendants would hear many stories about Timken’s development. “Now with the development of China economy, it is the right time for us to plan for our industry development. It is also the perfect time for Timken to show Chinese partners its creative strengths and fine solutions” , he added, “ Timken China Technology Summit will also show the professional work experience accumulated in the past 108 years’ development and the 15 years’ rapid development in China.
