“Yongmei” Company Evaluated the Technological Innovation of LYC

On July 27th, a delegation of 8 people led by the Deputy Director of the Technology Center of Yongcheng Coal and Electric Power Group Corp(Yongmei for short). Bai Jingshuang visited LYC company and made the midyear evaluation on the management innovation, technological innovation, the work of saving energy and reducing emissions, and employees training ,etc. Vice General Manager of the company Gao Wenfeng welcomed Bai Jingshuang and made a brief introduction of management innovation, technological innovation, the work of saving energy and reducing emissions, and employees training ,etc. Later, the evaluation group was divided into three teams and looked over the related data in the Technology Center, Department of Energy Security, Human Resource Department, etc. and communicated with them about the related problems. After examination, the evaluation group congruously agrees that LYC Company has much innovation in the work; the delicacy management is implemented very well; the project management is normative, especially, they moves faster than other companies on the aspects of saving energy and reducing emissions, and technological innovation, etc. The group hopes the company can make further progress on each work based on the accumulated experience, and improve the management with forecast. Gao Wenfeng pointed out that evaluation is a process of mutual learning, next, each department of the company will enhance the communication and amelioration according to the standard and requirements of the country, the province and large group and make a new step in the work of saving energy, management innovation and technological innovation, etc. in order to guarantee the fast development of the company.
