In the mid May, 2010, the National Bearing Industry “Twelfth Five Year” Layout Development Meeting was held by China Bearing Industry Association (CBIA) in Luoyang. During the meeting, the group of eight led by Liu Enshi, the Chairman of CBIA has visited Luoyang Ruicheng Bearing Company to inspect. After learned the situation of the company in developing and producing military industry bearings for decades, Liu Enshi has highly praised Luoyang Ruicheng Company for its filling in several gaps in China and affirmed the achievements made by the company on the aspect of manufacturing military industry bearings. Meanwhile, Liu Enshi required the company to constitute further development layout and encouraged the company to innovate bravely and develop and product the “High, Precision, Advanced and Special” products to make greater contribution to the construction of national defense.
