The Largest Manufacturing Show in Northeast China
China International Equipment Manufacturing Exposition (CIEME) is a state-approved exposition which is sponsored by The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, National Development and Reform Commission, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and Liaoning Provincial People's Government. It is jointly organized by Shenyang Municipal People's Government, CCPIT Liaoning Sub-Council, Shenyang Renaissance International Exhibition Co., Ltd. etc. CIEME will be held annually in the fall in Shenyang.

CIEME has been held for eight successful editions since its first event in 2002. The former eight CIEME have a total of 429,000 sqm of exhibition area, whereby 20,732 exhibition booths were set up for 5,116 exhibitors, 1,572 among whom from 23 nations and regions. About 767,000 visitors，30 government delegations from home and abroad visited CIEME. More than 70 seminars, conference and forums were held in CIEME. Mr. Wu Bangguo, LI Tieying, Mrs. Gu Xiulian, Mr. Wang Wenyuan, Li Guixian, Bai Lichen and other high-level government leaders visited CIEME.
CIEME, developing by the efforts of Northeast old industrial bases revitalization policy, comply with the management of market-oriented operation and government appropriate involvement. CIEME was focusing on the following contents: CNC lathe, machine tools, PTC (power, transfer and control), mould, new energy equipment and specialized & general equipment. CIEME, as the platform of displaying, purchasing and trading, have large amount of exhibitors and customers. It has become a well-known brand expo which assembled products demonstration, information exchange, trading and ordering, academic seminar & investment negotiation.
CIEME 2010 is scheduled to be held from 1-5 Sept. 2010 in Shenyang International Exhibition Centre. CIEME 2010 will display the contents of CNC machine tools and components, industrial automation and power transmission, general equipment and special equipment, new energy equipment and technology, and engineering machinery, fully demonstrate and introduce the most advanced manufacturing technology and the latest research and development of manufacturing.
National Energy Administration will hold “National Energy Technology & Equipment Show” in CIEME 2010 to showcase the achievement of the 11th five year plan; and major energy groups comprehensive strength; new-energy and renewable energy equipment; electric power, coal, petrochemical, Energy Conservation & Emission Reduction equipment.
Plentiful events as ‘International Equipment Manufacturing CEO Summit’, ‘Purchasing and Ordering conference’ ‘Equipment Manufacturing CIO Forum’? will be held in CIEME 2010.
