The Quality of Rolling Bearing Products in Shaoxing has Steadily Improved in Recent Five Years

In the third quarter of this year, the third level of Shaoxing supervision & inspection team inspected 100 manufacturing enterprises' rolling bearing products, and the qualification rate reached 84% which increased by 0.7% compared to the same period of last year, and the qualification rate has steadily increased in recent five years. Bearing industry is an important pillar industry for Zhejiang province, meanwhile Xinchang county is specialised in bearing manufacturing in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province. There are more than 100 bearing enterprises in Xinchang county, which accounts for 50% in the whole province. Though this supervision and inspection is only carried out in parts of enterprises, it fully aims to the small private enterprises, from the survey we could see that the overall quality consiciousness in Chinese bearing industry has been gradually improved. In recent five years, the qualification rate of bearing products in Xinchang county steadily rose, which has increased to the present 84.0% from 79.7% in 2006. Although the quality index has fluctuated for five years, it always stays 80% above which is higher than single qualification rate in the same period. It is apparent that the regular sampling quality supervison contributes the steady improvement to bearing quality, which also gurantee the high qualification rate and promote the whole bearing industry level, thus to make more excellent products by Chinese medium and small business.
