In recent years, Yushan bearing enterprises have made technical innovation and investment increasing as the important task to implement, totally invested about 100 million yuan for the technical innovation in recent five years, and in 2009, it invested more than 40 million yuan for the equipment updating and technical transformation & innovation. Moreover, the enterprises have newly added five automatic production line for the vehicle parts, heating treatment, etc., meanwhile added about 110 automatic precision CNC grinding machines, which made bearing qualification rate increased to 98% from the original 80%, further improved the overall market competitiveness for "Yushan bearing".
Ke Lun Co., Ltd has invested 0.32 million yuan for introducing the domestic most advanced ultrasonic cleaning production line to improve the products quality; Tianchang Bearing Co., Ltd has changed its original semi-automatic grinding machine into the automatic CNC grinding machine, which made the sales revenue and the total tax increased by 60% in the first nine months compared with the same period of last year. At the same time, Jiangxi Yushan Feiyang Bearing Factory, Jiangxi Kanghua Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd, Yushan Yufeng Bearing Co., Ltd, Yushan Tezhong Bearing Co., Ltd and other bearing plants also expanded the equipment upgrading, increased the technical transformation & products development from forgings, steel, car parts, grinding equipment, molecular compounds, plastic tube packaging, seals, shields and prosthetic components to the finished products industrial chain. “ PL9ZZ ” new bearing product which was developed by Yushan Hongwei Bearing Co., Ltd has filled the gap in Jiangxi, basically replaced the imported ones. "SQ", "TC" from Tianchang Group was twice named " Jiangxi Well-known Trademark", meanwhile was listed as the high-quality technology products and Chinese well-known export brand by the United States, France. Now the bearing varieties in Yushan has increased to five categories, and the size has increased to 568 from the original 216.
In addition, bearing enterprises in Yushan initiatively expanded the domestic & foreign market. Starting from this year, there were 16 large-scale bearing enterprises participated in Shanghai International Bearing Exhibition, they actively promoted their products and obtained many orders. Besides, added 11 sales network both in home & abroad, meanwhile established branches & offices in Wuxi, Chongqing, Shandong and other places, furthermore, expanded distributing network in Iran, Russia, South Korea, Thailand, the bearing products in Yushan have been sold to 67 countries & regions. It takes on a satisfying situation of demanding over supplying since the fourth quarter of this year.
