After completed the registration of its owned enterprise in Vietnam , Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd recently has started to develop Vietnamese market for its WT bearing products. The new products which were successfully developed have been recognized by Japan Canon, Japan Fuji Xerox and other world well-known enterprises. Up to now, Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd have owned one invention patent, five utility model patents, fourteen design patents, meanwhile the company has been identified as "Science & Technology Enterprise in Ningbo".
Focus on management performance, enhance enterprises' internal competitiveness. Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd has laid emphasize on the management innovation, implemented ERP information management, and invited engineers from high-tech energy-saving service center to solve the exsiting issues of the company, additionally, the comapny has carried out many measures to save costs and enhance the price competitiveness of their products, such as, replace the original products with energy-saving lamps, frequency energy-saving, etc. At the same time, the company planned to invest five million yuan to continuously introduce four advanced automatic production line from July to September, then the accuracy & efficiency of the production in the company could be improved after introducing the advanced bearing manufacturing equipment & producing process. It is estimated that the introduction of automated line will make the monthly production capacity increase by 1.5 million sets, the production cycle will also be shortened within seven days from the original fifteen days, meanwhile the labour will be reduced by 50%, electricity & fuel consumption could be reduced by 20% as the products quality has been improved. Moreover, Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd began to selectively recieve orders, gradually phased out the production of some traditional products with the high-energy consumption & backward technology.
Improve brand reputation. Ningbo WT Bearing Co., Ltd has been adhering to make its own brand, meanwhile the company has introduced a large number of talents from the domestic well-known enterprises and other foreign owned enterprises so as to maintain the quality of WT bearings. Every month, the company invite foreign technical personnel to make field instruction. The company has insisted on using its independent brand WT, and has registrated WT trademark in Japan, Korea, Germany. Currently, WT bearing has been identified as “Ningbo Famous Product" by Ningbo Well-known Products Accreditation Committee, meanwhile WT trademark has been identified as " Ningbo Well-known Brand" by Ningbo Commerce & Industry Bureau. It is said that the company has produced 45 million sets of precision bearing last year, and the output value reached 83 million yuan. The output value has increased by 40% in the first half of this year compared with the same period of last year, which has further raised the market share of the high-end miniature bearings.
