JAINNHER MACHINE CO., LTD has Launched Hydrostatic Bearing High-speed Centerless Grinder
The president of JAINNHER MACHINE CO., LTD Shen Wenjie said that the newly developed hydrostatic series of high-speed centerless grinder has adopted the unique hydrostatic bearing design method, which made the bearing metal on this grinder eliminate the direct friction, meanwhile it does not need the heating process & oil seals, thus it does not exist oil-leakage phenomenon. Besides, this kind of grinder have several features, such as, smoothly turning of the spindle, high accuracy of the grinding, long service life of the mechanical parts.
The diameter of the axis is 3 mm, and the length is 30 mm, which make the grinding speed increase to 7.5 m/min from the original 3~4 m/min. And the circumferential speed of the grinding wheel is 3,000 m/min, which could improve the processing speed & production capacity of the workpiece. In addition, the static hydraulic lubrication system design method used in the lower slide plate of this grinding machine could reduce the resistance, and make machine handing more accuracy and economize effort.
