GXK2525 CNC drilling machine for pipe plate is the new type of CNC products, which was developed & designed by absorbing the international advanced structure pattern from CNC Drilling, Boring, & Milling Processing Center. This CNC system has large format LCD liquid crystal display, meanwhile it also has electronic handwheel and touch point sensor in order to facilitate the NC to the knife and alignment. The bed piece, rail, beam of the machine tool was composed by the high quality cast iron and steel structure components, especially for the beam and drilling frame which has adpoted Meehan sodium iron casting, thus its performance is quite stable, reliable and never deform by using the advanced heat treatment process. Meanwhile the stability is much better than that of the similar products, and the effect is obvious after many years' using contrast. The beam which has loaded the drilling could make the stable & light movement driven by precision ball screw.
Besides, the machine tool could achieve 4 - axis simultaneous control, and the whole device is highly flexible which is suitable for the drilling of various molds, flanges, pipe plate and other large sheet, and also particularly suitable in many processing, such as, slewing bearing, wind power flange, large module, the external gear in the circumferential direction (axis) of drilling, milling, tapping etc.
