ZWZ Produced 5.49 m Diameter Slewing Bearing

Recently, the slewing bearing with 5.49 m diameter for Large Engineering Machinery supplied to Bao Steel has been produced by ZWZ, which marked that ZWZ has achieved the new breakthrough in extra large precision bearing manufacturing. In latest years, ZWZ has fully implemented "High Position Strategic", and has successfully developed more than 2,000 high precision bearings urgently needed for Chinese equipment manufacturing including 5 MW wind turbine bearing、precision sheet sendzimir mill rolling bearing、ultra-low temperature bearing used to work in -80℃、shield spindle bearing、high-speed railway bearing under the call of state council to revitalize the equipment manufacturing industry and focusing on the high-end bearings used for sixteen key technical equipment industry. Among these products, 90% of them has reached the international advanced level which broke the technical block of overseas bearing industries and realized the localization of the major equipment core components. The 5.49 m diameter slewing bearing is the largest outer diameter, external gear and three row roller bearing produced by ZWZ.
