LZ45CrV High-quality Axle Shaft Steel from Beiman Special Steel Co., Ltd. has Moved into the Domestic Leading Position

According to the users' feedback made by Beiman Special Steel Co., Ltd. Technology Center in March, the LZ45CrV high-quality axle shaft steel developed by Beiman has reached the domestic leading level, meanwhile was recognized by Transport Bureau of the Railway Ministry of PRC and China Academy of Railway Sciences after nine group thirty-one sample heat treatment & axle anatomic validation testing.
Starting from this year, Beiman technology center made two batches of trial in accordance with technical requirments of the new billet axle material (provisional), meanwhile the technology center led the production plant & technical staff from the quality department make on-field guidance, and verified the optimized process parameters, thus has fully completed the development of axle billet of seven furnace LZ45CrV steel's 260mm square & 280mm square. Besides, LZ45CrV has also completed the batch test, now it has entered into the heavy-load, speed truck market with the products level & quality keeping the domestic leading position.
In addition, Beiman technology center provided axle heat treatment suggestions to the customers from China CNR Corporation Limited and Shenyang Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd so as to make benefits during the process of products development for its cooperated enterprises. Furthermore, Beiman also sent technical & inspection personnel to make joint inspections of sample heat treatment testing for CNR, which made the products testing data has reached their anticipation, on the other hand, it also sped up the researching process of users' axle heat treatment.
At present, 260mm square & 280mm square axle billet of LZ45CrV steel has provided 200 tons billet for CNR, Shenyang Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd, Changchun Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd, Jinxi Axle and many other users after exploited the market by the salesman. And all test results of LZ45CrV axle have met the design standards, now it has begun to enter the loading pilot phase.
