UBC Channel Section and UBC Qingdao Branch held UBC Agent Conference and backbone training conference in Laiwu, Shandong province from April 9-10, 2011, which aims to promote the popularity of UBC brand in Shandong market, improve the market share of UBC brand, meanwhile to further enhance the confidence for the existing Shandong agents. Participants who attended this conference are personnel related with the agents from Jinan, Zibo, Laiwu, Weifang & Qingdao, and also personnel who will be agents soon from Dongying, Zaozhuang, Linyi and other cities. Yin Zhuangkuo, manager of Qingdao branch, made a report on Shandong market and gave a detailed analysis for each regional industry condition. Fan Dongqing, manager of UBC Channel Section, made a speech about the current industry development situation, brand advantages and the key direction for the future development. Furthermore, this conference also made discussion & interaction on the regional sales condition of UBC brand and the major development plan in the future, in the meanwhile, issues encounted during the current workflow have been solved at the conference. Besides, relevant trainings were made for the new agents and distributors at the conference: 1. Senior engineer Wang Mingwei made trainings about the basic professional knowledge on bearings and the industry application knowledge 2. Wu Weida from the channel section made the marketing management training 3. Kang Xianghong from the channel section shared the customer service management experience with the new employees
