Both production and marketing of bearing enterprises in Yushan County of Jiangxi province are thriving in the first quarter of this year.They produced 30 million sets of bearings in total with sales income of RMB 21 million, an increase of 46.2％ over the previous year. And they made a tax payment of RMB 2.4 million, up 35.5% over the same period last year. Meanwhile, bearing enterprises in Yushan County took the initiative to broaden the domestic and international market.From the beginning of this year, there are 16 large-scale bearing enterprises in Yushan County which participated in Shanghai International Bearing Exhibition and obtained considerable orders by actively promoting their products.Besides, they established 11 sales network in home and abroad by setting up branches or offices in Wuxi, Chongqing, Shandong and agents in Iran, Russia, South Korea and Thailand. Their products were sold in 67 countries and areas. It showed an encouraging aspect of products in short supply In recent years, bearing enterprises in yushan county took technical innovation and investment growth as an important project. They have invested almost RMB 100million in technical innovation in these five years, of which more than RMB 40 million was invested in equipment improvement and technical innovation and transformation alone in 2009. There are five automatic production lines for new parts, more than 110 new automatic precision CNC grinding machines. Meanwhile the high quality rate of bearing increased from 80% to 98%. All this enhanced the overall competitiveness of “Yushan Bearing”.
