Recently, the ball milling steel ball project invested by Hebei Gangnuo Metal Products Co., Ltd has begun to construct in Guangping county. With the total investment of 300 million yuan and the annual capacity of 200,000 tons for ball milling steel balls, covers an area of 140 mu, it will become the largest ball milling steel ball production base in North China after it has been completely established. Take Beijing University as the backing, steel as the raw material, this project adopted the high-efficient parts rolling technology to produce ball milling steel balls by electrical heating, skew rolling, which had the features of high investment return, zero emissions, zero pollution, etc. This kind of products could be widely used in concentration plant, cement plant, fuel-burning power plant, refractory plant, which has a broad market prospect.
