Recently, ultra-thin cross-section thin-walled ball bearing supplying for various aerostats developed by Luoyang PRS Precision Bearing Co., Ltd (PRS) has been smoothly delivered to the military units. PRS is a hi-tech enterprise, specialised in manufacturing, researching & developing large-size, extra-large bearing, steel race type bearing, precision cross-cylindrical roller bearing, precision cross-tapered roller bearing, cross-section thin-walled ball bearing, etc. With the width of 6.35mm and the thickness of 6.35mm for one side wall, this series of bearing is the currently domestic thinnest cross-section thin-walled ball bearing. Compared with other common 618/619 series thin-walled ball bearing, it can minimize installation space to the largest extent with the precondition of all performances, meanwhile, it can reduce weight, and also save the limited space & load. PRS staff gratified that they could contribute meager strength for China's aviation industry.
