China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation ("Sinopec Corp.") and Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corporation (TPCO) to Promote Strategic Purchasing

China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation ("Sinopec Corp.") and Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corporation (TPCO) established working group on the basis of mutual benefit and win-win situation so as to implement "Strategic Procurement Agreement (2012-2032)", which has also created conditions for Kunlun Lubricant to expand market. Steel-making system from TPCO has three ultra-high-power electric arc fur (UHP-EAF), rolling system has MPM, PQF, ASSEL & REM four types and six sets of rolling mill, pipe processing system has 26 production lines, which is the domestic largest specialized oil pipe manufacturing enterprise with the most advanced technology. Lubricating oil & grease used for equipment are mainly foreign products. Sinopec Corp. and TPCO signed a 20-year "Strategic Procurement Agreement (2012-2032)" on September 28, this agreement listed lubricating oil & grease from Sinopec Corp. among the cooperation content. Experts team from Sinopec Corp. exchanged with TPCO on November 9. Sinopec Corp. introduced reasonable lubricating concept, equipment oil, metal processing oil & lubricating grease technology of Kunlun brand for steel & iron industry, at the same time, TPCO described the current lubricating oil conditions and problems existed. Relevant responsible persons from Sinopec Corp. stated that they will carry out the future work with strong technical team to achieve win-win result. In the meanwhile, TPCO will provide responding information, testing equipment and location on equipment lubrication for Sinopec Corp., thus to realise the reasonable lubricating for equipment.
