Ningbo Bearing Export Price Up Over 10% for the First 10 Months

The Ningbo's foreign trade in bearings for the first 10 months achieved 1.79 billion units with value of RMB 650 million, increased by 18.3% and 36.5% respectively from the prior year. The average export price for each set grew by 12.5% to $ 0.36. Ningbo is the important bearing production and export base. Its main export market includes: EU, India, ASEAN and the United Arab Emirates, up 27.4%, 13.5%, 23.2% and 66.7% respectively to 400 million, 290 million, 170 million, and 160 million sets of bearings. The four areas together accounted for 57% of the total export value during the same period. With deep groove ball bearings as the main export type, the export deep groove ball bearings for the first 10 months in Ningbo rose 15.5％ to 1.6 billion sets, accounting for 89.4% of the total exports during the same period. For the main general export trade ways, the export bearing rose 18% year-on-year to 1.78 billon sets, accounting for 99.4% of total exports during the the same period. The private enterprises in Ningbo exported 800 million sets of bearing, up 34%, foreign-invested enterprises exported 430 million sets of bearings, down 2.5%, the state-owned enterprises exported 420 million sets of bearings, up 11.8%, the three together accounted for 92.2% of total export amount during the same period .
