WORLD Group Began to Batchly Produce Six-cylinder Heavy-duty Truck Crankshaft

The first phase of six-cylinder heavy-duty truck crankshaft project has been fully completed and put into operation for batch production. Accordingly, the total investment of six-cylinder heavy-duty truck crankshaft project is 420 million yuan, covers an area of 30,000 square meters with two new workshops and one ancillary building for testing & officing. There has temperature region in the workshop, meanwhile supplying power distribution room, air compressor station, closed tower and other facilities. The project mainly adopted alloy forging surface quenching process, which has not only enhanced the mechanical properties of six-cylinder crankshaft, but also met the growing market demand for high-powered engines, among which the equipment is mainly the international top equipment, including Japan NTC grinder, German HELLER milling machine, German SMS quenching machine tool, German NAGEL polishing machine, Schenck Germany (Shanghai) balancing machine, U.S. ADCOLE comprehensive measuring instrument, India Schenck quality centering machine, South Korean Doosan Turning-Milling complex machine tool, etc. By 2012, the project will be fully completed, then the annual production capacity of six-cylinder heavy-duty truck crankshaft could achieve 200,000 pieces, with the sales income of 1.5 billion yuan and 250 million yuan of profit & tax.
