Recently, Dalian Metallurgical Bearing Co., Ltd has formally signed "Low-alloy Steel Slewing Ring Forging Certificate" which was issued by Korean Bureau of Shipping under the relevant departments' organization, on-site testing and the witness of Korean surveyors. Arranged by Korean Bureau of Shipping, surveyors respectively reviewed the production facilities, monitoring & measuring equipment, test equipment, non-destructive testing equipment, NDT personnel qualification and other items applied by Dalian Metallurgical Bearing Co., Ltd. At the same, they participated in the whole process from raw material inspection, forging processing, ultrasonic non-destructive testing (UT), to chemical composition analysis and mechanical properties testing. Consequently, samples manufacturered by Dalian Metallurgical Bearing Co., Ltd were not only in line with the KR-approval test outline, but also were in line with the KR specification. This certificate has further expanded the market share of bearing products for the company, meanwhile enhanced the reputation in foreign markets, thus to make both the domestic and international shipping supplying customers to be advised that Dalian Metallurgical Bearing Co., Ltd could produce large slewing ring marine lifting crane supplying bearings.
