Two Automobile Wheel Production Lines from Bochi Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd were Successfully Trialed

Recently, two automobile wheel production lines have been successfully developed in Bochi Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd after intensive debugging. It is understood that each production line consists of two CK7660LB wheel lathes, one VMC850B vertical machining center and one robot, among which robot automatic clamping parts is the major attraction for production lines, which has greatly improved the production efficiency. At the same time, CK7660LB pneumatic door, automatic blowing devices and protection improvement has also provided strong guarantee for the production. In the production line, the whole processing from blank to finished products were achieved through three processes. The successful trial for this production line has become another achievement for Bochi Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd to open up auto market, and also provide complete processing equipment program for strategic users.
To meet the individual demands for different users, provide a complete set of high efficiency & unique system program from processing design, tooling design, tool selection to machine tool special design is the major factor for Bochi Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd to continuously develop and expand itself over the years. For the past two years, Bochi Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd closed to users and market, accelerated products structural adjustment. In the first place, realised the transformation from CNC horizontal lathe to CNC horizontal & vertical lathe, improving & upgrading varieties, specifications and technical grade of CK51 series of CNC vertical lathe, thus to form the complete series of products. In the second place, improved varieties, specifications and technical grade of the vertical machining center, developed horizontal machining center series of products, so as to achieve batch production. Thirdly, continued to develop specialised super finishing machines and grinders for high accuracy bearings. Fourthly, energetically developed factory automation system, integrated industrial robot and other automatic feeding & discharging technology, on-line detection technology, etc. Fifthly, took the national key project "High-end CNC Machine Tool and Basic Manufacturing Equipment" as the opportunity to develop itself in the direction of high speed and high accuracy. Two national major science & technology projects undertaken by Bochi Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd in 2009 have completed the acceptance.
The continuous adjustment for products structure highlighted the scale advantages and scale effect of Bochi Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. Despite faced with the pressure and challenges for rising price of raw material, growing labor cost, inflation and RMB appreciation, the company still had a strong growth momentum. From January to November in 2011, the industrial output for Bochi Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd reached 2.786 billion yuan with an increase of 25%, sales income achieved 2.743 billion yuan with a growth of 26%, profit was 104 million yuan, rose by 20%, and the export value increased by 39%, production capacity for metal cutting machine tools was 18,888 units with an increase of 23%.
