Leaders from China Bearing Industry Association (CBIA) visited KML Bearing and Equipment Co., Ltd. (Luoyang)
On March 1, 2012, five leaders from China Bearing Industry Association including Zhou Yu as the executive deputy secretary general, Niu Hui and Lu Gang as deputy secretary generals, He Qun as the committee member and Dong Jinan as the office director visited KML Bearing and Equipment Co., Ltd. (Luoyang) subordinate to Hong Kong Xuyang Group and located in Luoyang High-tech Development Zone. The chairman from Xuyang Group, the chairman and general manager from KML Bearing and Equipment Co., Ltd., respectively Zhou Gang and Zhang Ping, the corporate culture consultant Zhang Jiajun, etc., met with these five leaders from CBIA. Mr. Liu Hui, the secretary general of Human Resources Education Committee under CBIA also attended the meeting.
Zhou Yu, the deputy secretary general, briefly introduced the development situation of the national bearing industry in 2012 and expressed the concern of CBIA to all member companies about their planning and development in 2012. Zhou Gang, the chairman, introduced the establishment and development of KML Bearing and Equipment Co., Ltd. (Luoyang) and the main content of the strategic planning NEXT V3.1 developed by Xuyang Group, and expressed the corporate vision of Xuyang to develop into a diversified enterprise focusing on the operation and management of supply chains and the strategic objectives to provide value-added services for industrial value chains, with special mention of the important position of KML Bearing and Equipment Co., Ltd. to provide value-added services for industrial value chains as the KML brand production base as well as the pilot test base.
Subsequently, the leaders from CBIA, accompanied by Zhou Gang and Zhang Ping, visited the office building, production workshop and product performance lab etc. Zhou Yu, the deputy decretary general from CBIA spoke highly of the company development strategy, working conditions, workshop environment, quality management, site 6S management etc. and expressed the hope that the company could seize the market and developement opportunities so as to achieve greater development in 2012.
