" According to this notice, these certified high-tech enterprise can apply to the competent tax authority with their high-tech enterprise certificate and related data to enjoy preferential tax policies since the day was certified in accordance with the Law of The People's Republic of China Concerning Enterprise Income Tax and the implementing regulations, the Law of The People's Republic of China Concerning The Administration of Tax Collection and the implementing rules and other relevant policies.
