NSK introduces lipped thrust needle roller bearing for use in automatic transmissions
NSK has developed a compact, lightweight, long-lasting lipped thrust needle roller bearing for use in automatic transmissions. The bearing is designed to ensure good performance in severe lubrication conditions as well as to help improve fuel economy. It is made from the company??s PCR5 steel material. It can be press worked, despite having a thickness greater than 2.5mm. The PCR5 steel ensures excellent toughness, urface hardness and fatigue strength.
