On May 16, Liu Runmin, deputy secretary of Jinzhong Municipal Party Committee and secretary of Xiyang County Party Committee visited Shanxi Xishan Coal and Electricity Group Co., Ltd. and had a meeting with the enterprise leaders Xue Daocheng, Liu Zhian and Guo Wenbin.
