Ministry of Railways Visit LYC Bearing Corporation to Check the Quality of Bearings for Rail Wagon Application

On June 4, the expert group of Ministry of Railways visited LYC Bearing Corporation for site supervision and inspection of the quality of bearings produced or repaired by the comapny for railway wagon application. During the inspection, the expert group put emphasis on the manufacturing process of the railway wagon bearings, the implementation of various quality measures and rectification of the problems dicovered in inspection last year in accordance with the requirements of relevant documents of the Ministry of Railways. At the same time, they also conducted spot to the overhauled bearings and newly manufactured bearings for railway wagon application, the indicators of which met all standards after random inspection. At the last meeting held on June 6, the group gave a briefing on the problems identified in the inspection, and put forward some improvements.
