Wanxiang Qianchao Co., Ltd Successfully Developed the First Chinese Fully Automated Bearing Assembly Machine

Recently, Wanxiang Qianchao Co., Ltd has successfully developed China's first fully automated bearing assembly machine with length of 1.5m and width of 1.2m. The machine will produce 4,500 pieces per eight - hour shift , increasing about twice in output per capita compared with manual assembly. Moreover, two staffs can be reduced for each machine. If promotion is implemented, it could achieve a four-machine management for each person with higher efficient and lower labor intensity and labor costs.
