16 Batches of Rolling Bearings Announced Unqualified after Spot Test by AQSIQ

According to the results of spot check of rolling bearing products released by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (hereafter refered to as AQSIQ) on Jun 28, 2012, 16 kinds of rolling bearings failed to meet the provisions of relevant standards. 49 kinds of rolling bearing products of 49 companies in total were chosen for random inspection, including deep groove ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, aligning roller bearings, aligning ball bearings, spherical ball bearings, rolling elements, etc., among which, 16 kinds of products proved to be unqualified in accordance with the standards concerning the life reliability, microstructure, radial clearance, working-surface burns, vibration, average outside diameter deviation of single plane, average inner diameter deviation of single plane, width deviation of inner ring, limit value of residual magnetism, and other items. In addition, Jiangsu CCVI Bearings Co., Ltd., refused the check. AQSIQ said that they has instructed the quality and technology supervision departments at the province, autonomous region and municipalities levels to deal with the unqualified products and the related manufacturers in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
