In October, the high-quality wheel hub bearing steel developed by Shigang Company of Hebei Iron & Steel Group Co. Ltd for a high-end customer was in batch production for the first time and delivered smoothly. Comparing with other wheel hub bearing steel, this steel has more stringent requirements for ingredient stability, DI value, oxygen content, the inclusions of decarburization, surface quality and dimensional accuracy and so on. In order to meet the customer's requirement, the developers entacted the targeted process route and process measures. This steel has been produced in 6 furnaces continuously with all satisfying the customer's demand.
