Huangshi City granted the title of "Extrusion Die Capital of China"

On December 26, Mayor of Huangshi City Yang Xiaobo and his entourage met with the Executive Vice President of China National Light Industry Council and accepted the award of "Extrusion Die Capital of China". At this point, another national business card was added to Huangshi City. In order to accelerate the development of extrusion mold industry in Huangshi City, an extrusion mold production base is also planned for construction. The base will be provided with the upfront investment of 3 billion yuan, and the construction is expected to start next year. Once completed, an annual output of 10 million sets of various extrusion die will be realized, with the estimated annual output value of 30 billion. A number of downstream products manufacturers will also be attracted to the base and settle in the same, so that the formation of a complete extrusion die industry chain in Huangshi City is not too far away. According to the 12th Five-Year Plan, the national plastics industry output value will reach 50 billion yuan. The extrusion mold market prospects are very promising, too. There are more than 50 large and medium-sized extrusion die key enterprises in Huangshi city, 10 of which have been ranked top 10 in the extrusion die industry of China. The output of extrusion die products in Huangshi City account for 65% of the national market, and have been exported to 25 countries and regions in the world and gained a good reputation.
