The "Large horizontal precision CNC bearing grinder project" of Shaanxi Qinchuan Gringing Machine Co., Ltd. was recently awarded the second prize of "2012 Science and Technology Award in Baoji City" by the Baoji Municipal People's Government. The large horizontal precision CNC bearing grinder is mainly applied to large-scale wind power bearings, hydropower turbine bearings, heavy-freight railway bearings and large metallurgical bearings for the grinding of outer ring's outside diameter, inner ring raceway, trench, bore, etc., the accuracy and stability of which have met the grinding requirements on P4 grade bearing rings. Shaanxi Qinchuan Gringing Machine Co., Ltd. has carried out mass production of this series bearing grinders, and has already established the absolute leading position in this field in the domestic market.
