Recently, the cylindrical roller bearing cage with improved structure developed by Shandong Camelry Bearing Science & Technology Co.,Ltd. (KMR) won the national utility model patent. The beneficial effects of the utility model include: 1. Cage processed in whole machining, better balance and high strength, more and larger number and size of roller capacity, heavier load capacity. 2.Low noise, low vibration, curved integral cage side surface. The curved surface is fitted with the external surface of rollers, forming a better mating relationship and oil film. The oil film can not only guide the roller rotating but also reduce the stirring resistance of lubricating oil and reduce the noice. 3.High rigidity, integral cage, high mild, hold release and stress concentration through design stress. The stable performance can be improved very well. The deformation is also avoid in the using process. 4. Brass material, self-lubricating performance, low abrasion and longer service life.
