Wafangdian Guangyang Bearing Group Co., Ltd. recently announced the successful development of GKC40 CNC roller lathe. GKC40 automatic CNC roller lathe is designed to serve as the high-efficiency equipment special for the processing of bearing rollers, which applies to all kinds of bearings roller turning. For this machine, hydraulic clamping cylinder is combined with the hydraulic chuck to clamp the workpiece, pneumatic clamping with automatical parts feeding function is desighed to hold the bar (3 m long), and a fully enclosed protective cover is adopted to ensure the safe operation; CNC system and servo motor are used to control the two-axis interpolation, thus realizes the digital control; the feeding section adopts the cross-roll guiding rail, which is characterized by high rigidness and running stability, thus ensures the long life of the machine; automatic centralized timing lubricating device is adopted for safe and reliable lubrication, which make it specially suitable for high-efficiency and multi-process applications; each operator can manipulate 2 to 3 machines, which can help save the labor costs, and reduce labor intensity.
