Recently, the main parts of the second phase plant of Luoyang Bearing Science and Technology Co. 's precision heavy machinery bearing industrialization project has been completed.
It is known that the second phase of the project is invested RMB with 200 million, including the construction of high precision large-sized bearing production workshorp, which covers an area of 12,000 square meters, the heat treatment workshop, which covers an area of 4,000 square meters, and office and supporting facilities, as well as the newly introduced 47 processing and testing equipments, including CNC vertical lathe, vertical milling, gear shaping machine
and CL digital length measuring machine etc.
The project is relying on the Luoyang Bearing Science and Technology Co. 's technological innovation achievements. After completion, it will annually produce 12,600 sets of various ultra large-sized and large-sized bearings for supporting yaw, pitch and gear box of wind turbines and other industries, creating the profit of more than RMB 90 million.
