Family Business Sells Counterfeit Bearings with Illegal Profit of More than RMB 2 Million Each Year

On Jun 26th, the police in Lianhu district, Xian city successfully detected a case suspected of selling a famous counterfeit trademark product and detained 5 criminal suspects who were suspected of selling counterfeit trademark products according to law. Selling fake brand bearings On Jun 20th, 2013, a trademark agency company went to police in Lianhu district, Xian city and claimed that a bearing company in Xian was suspected of selling large quantity of SKF brand bearings illegally and their SKF bearings were probably counterfeit. The police got to know the details of this case after collecting evidences for five days and proved that a company in Xian sold counterfeit SKF bearings. Illegal profit of more than RMB 2 Million In the arrests, the police sized more than 102 models of counterfeit bearings, involving the value of more than RMB 600,000. According to the suspect Wang confessed that their family business had purchased counterfeit SKF bearings with low price and sold with high price since 2011, obtaining illegal profit of more than RMB 2 million. At present, the five suspects were detained by police in Lianhu district and the case is under further investigation.
