Nanfang Bearing intended to set up an e-commerce company

According to the announcement released on February 28, 2014, Jiangsu Nanfang Bearing Co., Ltd. intends to invest 5,000,000 yuan to set up a wholly owned subsidiary "Jiangsu Nanfang Zhizao E-Commerce Co., Ltd." The subsidiary will focus on online business goods and services. The company will integrate its two existing electric business platforms China Bearing (http://zgzcw.3gss.net/) and China Auto Parts ( http://zgqclbjw.3gss.net/) through the establishment of a professional e-commerce platform for easy procurement for bearings and auto parts trade enterprises, and this will allow the company to be the first batch of O2O industrial manufacturing factories.
