Maoming Petro-chemical Shihua Co., Ltd announced on November 14 that the company planned to will form a joint venture with Baoding Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., and Tianjin EMAGING Technology Co., Ltd for the development of maglev blowers. The new company is expected with the registered capital of 14,285.00 million, Maoming Petro-chemical Shihua intended to invested 51,426,000 yuan in the monetary way, accounting for 36% of the registered capital of the target company. The joint venture will develop and manufacture high-speed wind turbine equipment based on the maglev core technology of Tianjin EMAGING Technology Co., Ltd, which will contribute to the improvement in the domestic self-developement ability of magnetic bearings. Maglev blowers are mainly used in the sewage treatment industry. Due to the application of advanced frequency control and magnetic bearing technology, maglev blowers can fully meet the requirements of sewage treatment plant on sewage treatment equipment, such as energy saving, environmental protection, low noise, low vibration and easy installation and maintenance, etc., thus showing good market prospects, and complying with national industrial policies.
