KlüberMaintain - The right lubricant at the right place
Maintenance and repair of machines and installations in a company is key to ensure continuous operation without downtime. KlüberMaintain aims at optimising maintenance operations in a company and ensuring that machines run reliably and efficiently for a long time.
KlüberMaintain encompasses the professional generation of a comprehensive plant lubrication chart covering all lubrication points for optimum lubrication processes, including ideal maintenance intervals and prevention of excessive or starving lubrication with the right lubricant amount and application method for each lubrication point.
As a part of KlüberMaintain, the experts from Klüber Lubrication analyse all machines in the plant, register all lubrication points and lubricants used and create a plant lubrication chart on this basis. They also include optimum lubricant quantities and application methods for every lubrication point. KlüberMaintain significantly contributes to preventing expensive machine failures and downtime during maintenance operations, especially when production capacities are highly utilised.
