Chinese high-speed rail bearings will achieve "Luoyang made"
On December 14, the technicians were debugging precision machining equipment on the construction site of the Chinese first high-speed rail bearing industrialization demonstration project built by Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd. Currently, the construction work of the demonstration project has entered stage of completion.
With a total investment of RMB 161 million, the project has the annual production of 60,000 pieces of bearings, including 30,000 pieces of high-speed rail bearings, 20,000 pieces of urban rail transit vehicle bearings and 10,000 pieces of locomotives and drive bearings.
The China-made equipment for the demonstration project has been completed the installment and the imported equipment will be installed before March next year. Then the demonstration line will be put into production. The building of the demonstration line has significant.meaning for breaking the the blockade of foreign technology and realize the localization of high-end equipment.
