Liu'an Rolling Bearing developed new generation NU319EM, NU322EM motor bearings

Liu'an Rolling Bearing Co., Ltd recently announced the development of new generation NU319EM and NU322EM middle-large cylindrical roller bearings for motor application, which had passed the online assembly inspection by motor manufacturers. NU319EM and NU322EM are typical complementary product in the motor industry, the original design and manufacturing requirements of which on precision class and vibration level were P5 and V2 respectively. However, as the requirements on energy conservation and vibration reduction constantly increase in the motor industry, the requirements on bearings for vibration and noise become even higher. Liu'an Rolling Bearing had taken more than two years time to tackle technical problems, and finally completed the development of new generation NU319EM and NU322EM in the first half of 2015, with the bearing performance, rigidity, especially vibration index reduced by 22%, 20.08% and 39.5%, representing the domestic advanced level of similar products.
