ZWZ announced the delivery of an customized industrial robot bearing unit

ZWZ Group recently delivered a precision bearing unit for industrial robot reducers as required by a customer, which had passed the assembling test with all technical requirements satisfied. The domestic initiative bearing unit is designed with ultra-light, thin and high-precision bearing rings, high-strength nylon cage assemblies, bearing substrate with precision positioning mounting holes and other parts by the technical personnel of ZWZ Engineering Technology Research Center after resolving the key technical issues including special structure design, thin wall bearing heat treatment, special structure processing, product detection and other technologies. This year, ZWZ will provide follow-up services to assure the effectiveness of the unit and the satisfaction of the customer, while constantly optimizes the product design to enhance its capacity of responding to custom orders.
