On 18th June, 2017 China Pingtan • Entrepreneur Scientists Innovation Forum was held in Fuzhou. At the forum, the Ma An Shan fulcrum Chuan Fu Intelligent Friction Industrial Research Institute Co., Ltd., Fujian Longxi Bearing (Group) Co., Ltd., Ma An Shan Branch Miao Venture Investment Center held an investment cooperation signing ceremony, will jointly funded the establishment of joint ventures in Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province.
Since 2016, Intelligent friction project as a major innovation project in Pingtan Innovation Forum has been published, promoted by relevant departments and its forum co-organizers through the forum Major innovation project docking work mechanism, successful starting "Made in China 2025" and"smart bearings" project , which is the key for integration of technology, finance and industry.
Bearing is the extremely important basic transmissin part in mechanical equipment, and it is widely used in wind power, high-grade machine tools, rail transportation, military trucks, tanks and helicopters, aerospace and other fields. In 2016 , domestic bearing output value reached 190 billion yuan, and imports are about 4.5 billion US dollars, while the global high-end bearings up to 35 billion US dollars. Most of the domestic bearings are low-end product with low price, low profit. The high-end product market is dominated by some well-known international bearing manufacturers, such as aerospace, high-speed rail, high-end machine tools and other high-end bearing market, not only expensive. The level of localization of precision bearings and other key components restricted the development of national industry.
Experts believe that this cooperation will help to promote the localization process of China's precision bearing technology and manufacturing capacity, boost the implementation of strong-base projects to accelerate the Made in China 2025. At the same time ,they hope the parties to promote cooperation as soon as possible to achieve industrial goals, for the transformation of innovative achievements to explore a successful path.
