On June 28 th, the first Chinese standard subway train developed by China Railway Corporation was successfully off-line in Zhengzhou, marking a major breakthrough in the field of subway vehicle technology in China.

From the National Development and Reform Commission, the Henan Provincial Government, Zhengzhou City, Xuchang City and other relevant departments, more than 300 leaders and guests from more than 120 units of China Urban Rail Transit Association, China CNR, Zhengzhou Metro, Xuchang Construction Investment and related domestic subway companies, research institutes, universities and spare parts enterprises attended the offline ceremony.

In recent years, China ' s rail transit industry has achieved rapid development, market scale and development prospects are huge. However, the high-end bearing of advanced rail transit equipment is still dependent on imports, which has become a key component restricting the sustainable and healthy development of China ' s rail transit industry.

In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of China 's urban rail transit industry and improve the technical level and core competitiveness of urban rail equipment, starting from July 2019, China Railway Corporation jointly implemented a series of Chinese standard subway train development and test projects with China Railway Association, local railway companies, scientific research institutions and cooperative units.

As the research and development unit of series high-end bearings for China standard metro trains, the design, simulation analysis, test and key technical research of bearing rings, rolling elements, cages, seals, special materials, special heat treatment and special technology are carried out comprehensively. The development and test of series bearings such as axle box bearings, gearbox bearings, traction motor bearings and cooling fan bearings are completed, which has made due contributions to the development of the first series of China standard metro trains.
