XCC Group Co.,LTD and DYZV reached a strategic cooperation
On December 28, 2021, XCC Group Co.,LTD and DYZV signed a strategic cooperation agreement to reach an in-depth cooperation on the batch supply of pitch bearing rollers, spindle bearing rollers and other products.
From 2022 to 2024, the two groups will reach business cooperation on wind turbine pitch, spindle rollers and some forgings for wind power bearing rings according to the needs of wind power host enterprises such as Envision Energy, Goldwind Technology, and Mingyang Intelligent for wind power bearings. XCC has supplied a total of 14.4 million to 15 million wind power rollers to DYZV shaft in three years, and the transaction amount is estimated to be 360-375 million yuan.
Through this cooperation, the research and development capabilities of the two groups will be further enhanced, the localization of key components will be promoted, the overall operating efficiency will be improved, operating costs will be reduced, and risk resistance capabilities will be strengthened.
