ZWZ major project construction report: The big heart of wind power is in progress and will be completed by the end of 2023
On November 19, at the construction site of the Wind Power Spindle Bearing Project of ZWZ Group in Dalian Area of Liaoning Pilot Free Trade Zone, workers were busy in their respective work stations in an orderly manner.
The wind power spindle bearing project includes 6 automatic grinding production lines and 3 heat treatment production lines. The product is positioned in the high-end market and high-end customers. A total of 3 plants need to be built. The steel structure construction of this building is the grinding plant, and the west two buildings are the heat treatment plant and the logistics transfer warehouse.
The spindle bearing of wind turbine is the core component of wind turbine, known as the "heart" of wind turbine. Due to the high technical barriers of the main shaft bearings, 90% of the large megawatt wind power main shaft bearings are monopolized by foreign enterprises.
Seizing the opportunity of carbon neutral development, ZWZ Group invested 800 million yuan in the construction of wind power spindle bearing project, focusing on the development of large megawatt wind power spindle bearings and gearbox bearings of more than 3 megawatts, of which the largest product has an outer diameter of 4 meters and the production scale can reach about 33000 sets. After the completion of the project, it will provide important support for the localization and replacement of high precision, special and new equipment such as wind power new energy in China, and the stability of the industrial chain and supply chain.
The project starts from construction, and the established goal is to build a new factory different from the past. ZWZ Group will benchmark the international advanced level, introduce new development concepts, advanced management methods, international talent team and green, low-carbon and intelligent manufacturing mode for project operation, and strive to become a model of domestic first-class products, first-class manufacturing, first-class management and first-class factories.
At present, the supply of megawatt wind power spindle bearings on the market exceeds the demand. In order to ensure that the project can be put into operation at an early date, ZWZ Group has gathered talents from all aspects, formed a 36 person project construction team, and accelerated the pace to promote the plant construction, equipment introduction, product research and development, process design, talent recruitment, etc. At present, the contract signing of 82 sets (pieces) of main production equipment has been completed, and will be in place from next March.
The steel structure hoisting of the grinding workshop was arranged. A heavy rain two days ago made the site a little muddy. There was a lot of rain this year, which had a great impact on the construction. As long as the construction conditions are met, the construction site will not be shut down for 24 hours. The civil works shall be completed before freezing, and the steel structure shall be fully constructed as soon as possible.
The project will start on August 16, 2022, the steel structure will be completed by the end of February next year, the equipment foundation and other civil works will be completed in May, the first production line will be put into operation in June, and the second production line will be put into operation in August... All project construction will be completed by the end of December next year.
