The Special Bearings and Key Single Products Provided by ZYS for the Shenzhou 15 Spacecraft Successfully Started the Escort Tour
At 23:08 on November 29 (Beijing time), Fei Junlong, Deng Qingming and Zhang Lu took the Shenzhou 15 manned spacecraft to launch the tenth manned flight of China's manned space program. This flight is the last flight mission in the construction phase of China's manned space engineering space station. Since then, China will complete the space station construction task and realize the long-term continuous scientific research achievements of the space station.
The launch of the Shenzhou 15 manned mission was on a cold winter night. When the launch is approaching, the minimum temperature at the launch site at night drops to - 20C, directly approaching the minimum temperature conditions for rocket launch, which is the lowest environmental temperature ever for a manned launch mission. The independently developed sun centripetal mechanism rotating bearing assembly can automatically adjust the solar panel to keep the sun direction at all times, avoid other compartments from blocking the sun during flight, and ensure the continuous power supply of the space station;
ZYS independently developed many types of special-shaped components of the transmission yoke and vacuum grease lubricated bearings, which are the transmission core of the carbon dioxide atom reduction system and guarantee the long-term presence of astronauts in the space station;
