The gearbox is an important mechanical component in wind turbines, whose main function is to transmit the power generated by the wind turbine under the action of the wind to the generator and obtain the corresponding speed. Due to year-round irregular changes in direction and load, as well as various extreme weather effects, wind power gearboxes need to ensure a service life of up to 20 years, which puts high demands on the bearings. At present, China's wind power gearbox bearings mainly rely on imports, and the localization rate is extremely low, greatly limiting the improvement of domestic wind power technology level.
In order to break through the technology of wind power gearbox bearings, ZYS Technology has established a dedicated research and development team. Based on years of experience in bearing research and development, the design parameters are continuously optimized based on the operating characteristics and experimental data of gearbox bearings at different positions. At the same time, a full transmission chain simulation model is built to determine the bearing design scheme.
In response to the application characteristics of gearbox bearings, the enterprise has successfully established a precision maintenance machining technology system for gearbox bearing parts through long-term process tests. By implementing special control of bearing processing processes, it effectively ensures that gearbox bearings meet the requirements of over 20 years of long service life and high reliability.
Previously, the company had developed 4.5 MW, 5 MW, and 6.7 MW wind turbine gearbox bearings in the field of wind turbine gearbox bearings. The 8-megawatt wind turbine gearbox bearings that are being taken offline this time have been upgraded in terms of specifications, which are more suitable for the current trend of large-scale wind turbine development; The second is to achieve a full range of supply, with product types covering all types of gearbox bearings for semi direct drive and doubly fed models, thereby ensuring comprehensive replacement of related products.
According to statistics, under an average wind speed of 7 meters per second in the installation area, a single 8-megawatt wind turbine can generate up to 25.6 million kilowatt hours of electricity annually, with an annual utilization time of over 3200 hours. This can reduce standard coal by about 23900 tons and carbon dioxide emissions by about 90000 tons.
