The 2023 Mid year Inspection Meeting of the National Key R&D Program "Research and Application of Key Technologies for High Performance Motor Insulation Bearings" was successfully held in Harbin
According to the management requirements and milestone work schedule of the national key research and development plan project, on July 14th, the 2023 mid year inspection meeting of the national key research and development plan "Research and Application of Key Technologies for High Performance Motor Insulation Bearings" (2020YFB2007900) project was held at Harbin Institute of Technology.
This meeting is hosted by the project leader ZYS, and undertaken by the research unit Harbin Institute of Technology; A group of 7 experts, including project responsibility experts, members of the special expert committee, and peer experts, was formed. More than 50 people from 10 units including ZYS, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shanghai United Rolling Bearing Co., Ltd., and Xi'an CRRC Yongdian Jieli Wind Energy Co., Ltd. attended the meeting. Zhao Guangyan, the leader of Harbin Institute of Technology and the deputy chief engineer of ZYS, delivered speeches respectively. The meeting was chaired by Yin Yanjing, Director of ZYS Research Management Office.

At the meeting, each research group reported on the research content, technical indicators, and achievement completion status of the project in accordance with the requirements of the comprehensive performance evaluation of the project. The attending experts questioned and proposed opinions and suggestions from aspects such as the relevant assessment indicators and achievement completion status of the project.
Report on the Implementation of the Project
In order to comprehensively complete the comprehensive performance evaluation of the project and research topic, ZYS specially hired experts from relevant fields to hold three special lectures after the meeting, including "Financial Audit Strategy for Key R&D Projects", "Interpretation and Operation Points of Data Collection Policy", and "Detailed Explanation and Precautions for Comprehensive Performance Evaluation". The lectures focused on funding execution and audit, and how to operate the data collection system Systematic training was provided to key project personnel in terms of specific requirements for comprehensive performance evaluation.
Special training sessions
Through this meeting, communication and exchange among members of various research topics were further deepened, and constructive opinions put forward by experts were jointly sorted out, forming meeting minutes. Next, the research group will refine the materials according to expert opinions, laying a solid foundation for the smooth passing of the comprehensive performance evaluation of the project and the project.
